The Criminal Division of the Accra High Court will on April 26, start trial of the alleged killers of former Abuakwa North MP, J.B Danquah Adu, Daniel Asiedu pseudonym “hot Don” and Vincent Bosso.
Arraignment is relied upon to call ten observers including the Pathologist who directed the after death on the body.
Chief State Attorney, Sefakor Batse, told the court, that the indictment has recorded archives it plans to depend on during the trial, and appended something very similar to the court reports.
The trial is by jury, and the indictment has shown, that it will depend on divulgences.
Nonetheless, should the need emerge in the reason for the trial, it will look for leave of court to record extra reports.
Legal advisor for the denounced people, Yaw Dankwah, needs the arraignment to uncover the section made in the station journal when the blamed people were first captured and taken to the police headquarters.
He said when the safeguard is informed of any material, article, or reports in the ownership of the arraignment, he will look for leave of the Court to compel the state to uncover same to guarantee a smooth and straightforward trial.
