Allotey Jacobs ‘saw as blameworthy of hostile to party conduct’
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has sacked its previous Central Regional Chairman, Bernard Allotey Jacobs from the gathering.
The oppsition, two or three months prior, suspended Allotey Jacobs from the gathering for examinations concerning charges the gathering depicted as “against party lead”.
In an articulation delivered today, the gathering said: “At our gathering on Wednesday seventeenth March 2021, the Functional Executive Committee of the NDC considered the report and suggestions of the Disciplinary Committee looking into it or wrongdoing and hostile to party conduct brought against you Mr. Allotey Jacobs in accordance with articles 48(I) (b) and 8 (b) of the NDC Constitution.”
“The Committee’s report which is in this joined for your consideration saw you as liable of the said charges of offense, hostile to party direct and suggested in addition to other things your prompt removal from the gathering. The Functional Executive Committee acting in consistence of Article 48(1) of the NDC Constitution has consistently received the report and acknowledges completely its suggestion for your ejection from the gathering.”
“You are subsequently by the choice of FEC, removed from the National Democratic Congress and so far as that is concerned not any more perceived as an individual from the gathering and can’t conduct yourself all things considered.”
The gathering has in this manner guided Allotety Jacobs to return any gathering property in his ownership.
“You are by this letter and in accordance with Article 48(10) coordinated to return any gathering properties that might be in your care and will relinquish any cash, levy or membership charges made to the Party.”
I’ve Dismissed Myself
Curiously, about a month prior, the beset NDC robust demonstrated that he no longer has a place with the Umbrella clique.
Talking during a board conversation on Peace FM’s morning show ‘Kokrokoo’, Allotey Jacob said: “I at this point don’t have a place with the NDC…I realize I have been suspended yet I’ve excused myself. I’m not going to join the NPP; I won’t ever be a NPP part however I’m no longer with the NDC…”
