This foretelling prompted Shatta Wale to fake being shot.

‘As Men of God we need to be careful with issues about death because it’s not something to joke with. What I have to tell my colleague Pastors is to focus on winning souls and saving them. What we should focus on is healing the sick, someone has problems and the person is saved from such problems because that is what Jesus came to do on earth. This is what will help the Kingdom business than prophesying on football or the death of Chief Imam or wife for the former President.’

In an interview on Accra-based OKAY FM, he disclosed that, focus on doom prophecies dishonors God and make people lose trust in the worship of God and the Church.

‘Focusing on death prophecies disgraces God and make people lose trust in the worship of God and the Church. So let’s focus on healing the sick and helping people with their problems and do away with death prophecies.’
